Golden Pepper 0.5g (Capsicum annuum)

This pepper is perfect for cooking. It is ideal for eating raw or as an addition to sandwiches and salads. It is also suitable for stewing, baking, or pickling. It is a rich source of vitamins A, C, and E, as well as minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. Peppers like warm, sunny places sheltered from the wind. It is best to grow them from seedlings, planting them in the ground in the second half of May or June.
