Fenugreek sprouting seeds.
Trigonella foenum-graecum
Sprouts are a source of valuable nutrients for the body. Fenugreek seeds contain numerous vitamins from the A, B, C, and D groups, as well as iron, phosphorus, and potassium. Consuming fenugreek sprouts has a beneficial effect on cleansing the body. Fenugreek sprouts are recommended as an addition to salads, sandwiches, and other dishes. The easiest way to produce sprouts is to use a sprouter: rinse the seeds and soak them in warm, boiled water for 3-6 hours, then evenly spread them on the sprouter mesh. Fill the sprouter with water up to the level of the mesh and regularly replenish and replace the water, while also spraying the seeds over the next few days. Sprouts can also be produced in a jar: rinse the seeds and put them in a clean jar, then pour water over them for a few hours. Drain the water, rinse the seeds, cover the jar with gauze, tie it up, and place it in a warm, non-sunny place. Rinse and drain the sprouts twice a day. After 3-4 days, the sprouts are ready to eat.
