Daucus carota
A mix of carrots with roots in white, cream, yellow, orange, and purple colors. The smooth roots have a cylindrical or conical shape and are perfect for adding color and flavor to dishes.
Cultivation: Sow seeds from April to June directly into the soil in rows 30-40 cm apart and 3-5 in a row, with a sowing depth of 1-2 cm. They prefer well-drained, well-fertilized soil.
