Common gourd SNAKE 3g
A strongly growing annual plant with stems reaching a length of 2-2.5 m. It produces elongated fruits measuring 60-80 cm, resembling a coiling snake, with a hard outer shell and spongy flesh. The plant is recommended for covering nets, arbors, and pergolas. The mature fruits collected in autumn retain their decorative value until late spring, serving as an attractive decorative element in interiors.
Cultivation: Sow seeds in April under cover or directly into the ground in early May, at a depth of 2-3 cm, with 2-3 seeds per point every 70-100 cm. Grow with support, in open ground or in a plastic tunnel. The plants require fertile, moist soil and a sunny, wind-protected location.
