Sempervivum sp.
A perennial plant with thick, fleshy leaves, forming compact rosettes at the base. They bloom from May to September, producing white, yellow, pink, or red corymbs.
Sow seeds from March to June in boxes or pots. Press the seeds into the soil - do not cover with soil. Germination takes 3-4 weeks at a temperature of 18-22°C. Seedlings should be transplanted. Plant in a permanent location with a distance of 8-10 cm between plants. They grow well in any soil and prefer a dry, sunny location. Uses: rock gardens, flower walls, slopes, containers, and are also used to make wreaths.
