An annual plant with climbing or trailing stems, perfect for covering arbors, fences, or as a ground cover. In late summer and autumn, numerous yellow-green fruits with a pear-like shape appear. The fruits are harvested in autumn before the first frost. They retain their decorative value until late spring, serving as an attractive decorative element in rooms. Sow seeds directly into the ground in May, 2-3 seeds per spot spaced 50-0 cm apart. Germination occurs after 10-14 days. Grow in fertile, not too dry soil, in a sunny location.
