Information from the manufacturer: Perennial plant.The edible part consists of white shoots, which are usually harvested daily in the spring until mid-June.Sow the seeds in the spring in a seedbed in rows spaced 30 cm apart, with 10 cm spacing within each row.To speed up germination, soak the seeds for 3–4 days in water at room temperature.In the spring of the following year, stock the young carp at a spacing of 150x150 cm in furrows 20–25 cm deep.Fertilize the plants heavily during their second year so they grow vigorously.In the spring, during the third year of growing under the hills, form mounds and ridges 30–35 cm high.Cut back the shoots before or shortly after their tips appear.In mid-June of each year, dig up the mounds or ridges, and leave the emerging shoots to grow.It grows best in lighter soils rich in calcium.
