Dwarf tomato Kmicic - elongated fruits, mid-early
Solanum lycopersicum
A mid-early, self-terminating, weakly branched and very productive variety. Plants have an upright, fairly compact habit. The elongated fruits have a smooth skin and red flesh. They are characterized by high resistance to crushing and cracking. They are perfect for direct consumption, whole preservation, and processing. Sow seeds from March to mid-April, in boxes or on pallets under cover. Germination occurs after -14 days. If necessary, transplant seedlings in a 10x10 cm spacing. Plant in the ground in May, in a 50-60 x 40-50 cm spacing. Grow on fertile, permeable, warm, and calcium-rich soils. Requires strong fertilization.
