Brassica oleracea convar capitata var alba
An early variety of cabbage that forms cone-shaped, compact heads with an average weight of 1.5-2 kg. The unique shape of this variety's head is paired with exceptional flavor qualities. Excellent for making salads, as well as for cooking and pickling. Sow in March-April in a greenhouse or polytunnel. Plant in the ground at the end of April or in May with a spacing of 40x40 cm. Requires abundant fertilization and sufficient water in the soil.
