Cauliflower DI SICILIA VIOLETTO 1g (Brassica oleracea convar. botrytis var. botrytis)
A mid-late variety, suitable for cultivation in the ground, especially for autumn harvest. The plants form roses with an original, purple color, which diversify the color of dishes and have a more pungent taste than white roses. Sow seeds in April-May on pallets for pots. Plant in the ground in May-June with a spacing of 50x50 cm. Requires fertile and moist soil.
