(Mix of leafy vegetables typical for Italian cuisine)
A composition containing plants typical for Italian cuisine such as basil, broccoli, chicory, arugula and leaf lettuce. It goes well with fresh vegetables and bread, or as an addition to ready-made dishes. Sow in containers on a windowsill throughout the year or in the ground throughout the growing season at a depth of 0.5 cm. The first harvest of leaves is carried out after 3-4 weeks, when they reach a height of 8-10 cm. The plant leaves quickly regrow, so from one sowing, 2-3 harvests can be obtained.
