Red cabbage MARS - mid-early
Brassica oleracea L. var capitata f. rubra
A mid-early variety (95-105 days), it grows well from direct sowing into the ground. It forms round, compact heads (1.3-1.9 kg) with intense red-purple leaves and a small stem, without a tendency to crack. Suitable for short-term storage, decoration of dishes, and processing. Sow seeds directly into the ground at a depth of 2cm or in seedlings from the end of March to May. Transplant seedlings to a permanent location in May-June.

Package
