Intended for direct consumption, processing, and long-term storage. Roots are 16-18cm long, in the shape of an elongated cone, resistant to browning. Aromatic, white flesh that does not darken (healthy leaves), very strong. Resistant to diseases attacking parsley during storage. Better to cultivate on redlines in heavy soils.
