Information from the seed producer: Very widespread due to its very high yield and the roots’ good storage life during the winter.Also recommended for growing for a summer bunch harvest.A medium- to large-sized storage root, spherical to spherical-flattened, with a funnel-shaped base, buried in the ground to 3/4 of its length.Smooth, dark red skin.Flesh with a high sugar content and the red pigment betanin, with faint rings.This variety shows a low tendency to accumulate nitrates.Suitable for cultivation in any nutrient-rich soil.Yield per hectare: 55–70 metric tons.
