Information from the seed producer: An early-maturing, Egyptian-type, high-yielding variety. It is very popular among producers of early-season vegetables and bunched vegetables. Beets have relatively low water requirements.It has the highest water requirements during germination, emergence, and root growth.Sandy-clay soils with a high humus content are best suited for growing this crop. Beets tolerate nutrient-rich soils, but keep in mind that they do not like fresh manure.A flat, disc-shaped root with a dark red color.The flesh is deep red, sweet, and very tasty.Especially recommended for early cultivation for bunch harvesting and for storage. When stored, theythey do not lose their color or firmness. Beets are sensitive to drops in temperature.below 0°C.C - In the event of spring frosts, they should be coveredwith spring agrotextile.
