Raphanus sativus var. sativus
Intended for cultivation from spring to autumn in the ground and in early spring in unheated plastic tunnels. Root swellings are 45-60 mm in length, cylindrical, uniformly colored pink. The skin is very thin, the flesh is white, glassy, delicate, juicy, and very tasty. It does not become pithy or bolt to seed, maintaining a mild flavor even in the summer. It maintains good eating quality for a long time.
