Information from the seed producer: Recommended for late summer and fall harvests.It produces a very long (40–50 cm), white pseudostem with a diameter of 2.5 cm.It grows very well both from seedlings (about 90–100 days from planting to harvest) and when sown directly into the ground.A variety intended for fresh consumption and processing (drying, freezing).It is not frost-resistant.
