Dwarf Green Curled Kale
A leafy vegetable rich in vitamins A and C, as well as calcium, phosphorus, and iron. The leaves can be eaten fresh or cooked like spinach and are excellent for freezing. Leaves harvested after a frost are more delicate and less bitter. It makes a good cover crop after earlier vegetables. Dwarf Green Curled Kale has a short growing season of about 100 days from planting to harvest and grows up to 20 cm tall. It prefers sunny locations.
