Radish VIOLA 2g (Raphanus sativus var. sativus)
This is a very attractive variety characterized by a dark purple, shiny skin. Resistant to splitting and cracking, it is recommended for year-round cultivation. The flesh is white, crisp, and fairly mild in flavor. Ideal for consumption raw as a healthy snack. Due to its delicate taste and interesting color, it is particularly recommended for children. Great as a colorful addition to sandwiches, cottage cheese, or salads. Rich in vitamins A and C, calcium, phosphorus, and iron.
