The peppers are very sweet, juicy, and mild in taste. It is perfect for eating raw and will be an interesting addition to salads or sandwiches. Great for stuffing, baking, or pickling. Peppers are a rich source of vitamin C, beta-carotene, potassium, sodium, calcium, and iron. This variety is intended for cultivation in a greenhouse or polytunnel and does not like sudden gusts of wind.
