Fragaria vesca var. Hortensis
A non-runner variety, repeat fruiting, productive, frost-resistant. Fruits are elongated, sharply pointed, intensely red, and aromatic. Sow on a windowsill or in a heated tunnel in February-March or May-June directly into the ground with a mixture of peat and sand. Seeds germinate slowly (4-6 weeks). The plantation remains in the same place for 2-3 years.
