TARRAGON
A perennial plant. Its leaves are used as a seasoning and have a moderately intense aroma when fresh. Tarragon is perfect for meat, soups, sauces, fish, eggs, and marinades. It stimulates digestion, has a choleretic, diuretic, and antispasmodic effect. It is grown for 3-4 years, preferably on fertile, moist, compact soils in a sunny position by sowing seeds - from seedlings or by dividing older plants.
