Valerianella locusta 'VOLHART 3'
A small plant with edible leaves that form a rosette. The leaves are dark green with a slightly nutty flavor. The leaves are eaten raw like lettuce - they are crisp and without bitterness. It is grown as a cover crop for the late autumn and winter period. It is frost-resistant, and for winter cultivation, sunny and well-sheltered places should be chosen.
