Root parsley VISTULA 5g (Petroselinum crispum convar. radicosum)
Mid-late.
In the Berlin type, roots are 19-22 cm long, conical-elongated with white skin. The flesh is creamy, firm, and very aromatic. Suitable for direct consumption and storage. It overwinters well in the field, making it suitable for early bunch harvesting. Requires fertile soil, rich in humus, and sufficiently moist.

Sowing rate: 2.5-3 kg/ha
Sowing period: April-June, September
Spacing: 30-40x4-6 cm
Vegetation period: 110-165 days
Harvest period: August-October, May-June.
