Information from the seed producer: Produces compact, light green rosettes.Most often eaten cooked, sometimes raw, as an addition to vegetable salads.It produces light green roses that are excellent in taste and weigh up to 1.3 kg.Recommended for freezing.Designed specifically for fall planting in open ground.It requires fertile, moist soil enriched with manure or compost.A nitrogen deficiency in the soil causes small roses to form.
