'VERDE DI MACERATA' Cauliflower, a medium-late variety
Forms dense, light green heads. Most commonly consumed cooked, sometimes raw as an addition to vegetable salads. Produces light green heads, excellent in taste, with a size of up to 1.3kg. Recommended for freezing. Particularly suitable for autumn cultivation in fertile, moist soil fertilized with manure or compost. Nitrogen deficiency in the soil results in the formation of small heads.
