Mid-high kale HALBHOHER GRUNER KRAUSER 5g (Brassica oleracea L. convar. acephala)
A plant that grows to about 60cm in height and has curly green leaves. It is an excellent vegetable for use in salads and when cooked, and is also great for freezing. When harvested after the first frost, it is more delicate and less bitter. It contains a lot of vitamins A and C, as well as calcium, phosphorus, and iron. It prefers sunny locations.
