Plant description / Habit / Growth: This variety is perfect for cultivation in the ground and under cover. It produces onions with a strongly elongated shape, covered with a light brown skin and weighing an average of about 165g.
Disease and pest resistance:
Foliage: in the form of chives, lighter at the base, darker green higher up, long, tubular, round, hollow in the middle. They have an interesting taste. Chives are rich in vitamin C.
Position: Requires moderately heavy, fertile, well-cultivated soil.
Fruit / Seeds / Size: White, crisp flesh, mild in taste, containing a lot of juice.
Uses: Can be eaten raw or processed in many ways: stewed, dried, boiled, grilled or fried. It is also great for storage.
Frost resistance: can withstand frosts down to -3°C, should be harvested before winter.
Number of seeds per gram: 250-400 pieces
Sowing rate: 3-4kg/ha
