GRADING: 0-3mm
DESCRIPTION: Perlite has applications in all types of plant cultivation - agriculture, horticulture, greenhouse cultivation, etc. It is used as an additive to garden soil or as a substitute in hydroponic cultivation. It is suitable for growing all types of plants. When added to soil, it loosens it, making it easier for plant roots to grow better, resulting in stronger growth.
Perlite is a natural, purely biological material - a quartz mineral of volcanic origin. It is obtained from volcanic silicates, which are first ground and then fired at very high temperatures. Thanks to these processes, all water and gases are completely evaporated from the original material. As a result, perlite gains a porous sponge-like structure, acquiring properties of water storage and release. By transforming into a natural regulator of soil moisture, it gradually releases accumulated water into the soil with which it is mixed.
DOSAGE: The best results are obtained by mixing Perlite with soil, peat, humus, or other substrate in a ratio of 1 liter of AGROPERLITE to 3 liters of substrate.
